#4 Problem: Students Can't Access Canvas

Problem: a student emails you and says when they try and logon to Canvas the page just keeps reloading.

Solution: in most cases this is a password (eg.mySJSU) problem. The student need to contact SJSU tech support (info-support@sjsu.edu) and reset/update his/her password.
