Summary:

• Mirrors are a special kind of surface with purely specular reflection.
• Ray tracing may be used to determine the image seen in a mirror.
• For a flat mirror the image in the mirror is twice the size of the scene.
• Mirror images are front / back inverted.
• Mirror images are not duplicates due to geometric perspective and parallax.
