Printing Workshop
We had a great time on Saturday at the Davis Printing Workshop. Below are some photos of the day as well as your print design and the final outcome. The Lab Report is due March 21 by 12pm.
Print Design:
At the actual workshop, we had to make some design revisions to afford for expediency, efficiency, equipment, and available materials.

Each team chose a font but was limited to 24pt (which is the height of the entire slug and not necessarily the letter itself). The font for the top 2 lines was chosen for its 30pt size but, as you can see, the letters didn't necessarily print larger than the other fonts. All teams chose the Royal Coat of Arms Links to an external site. as an added embellishment.
Printing Process:
The entire workshop took approximately 2 hours to compose and print the above design. Questions arose about the equipment:
