Overview

In this module, you will look at various tips and strategies that you can apply towards the facilitation of a course to ensure a quality experience for the students (as well as for yourself).  Some of the strategies include ways to establish effective communication methods with your students, how to create positive student rapport, and ways to establish instructor presence in the online/blended classroom.
