Learning Outcomes - Choose Your Courses

After completing this module, we hope you will be able to understand the SJSU degree requirements (GE + Major + Grad Req. + Electives = Degree) and the following:

• classify  the degree requirements met by each class you will take in your first-semester, including AP/IB credit
• explain why you are in a "blocked course" and which GE or major requirement this fulfills
• identify the process for applying to a new major or concentration (if applicable)
