Registering for ENGR 100w

The SJSU catalog lists all graduation requirements and prerequisites for courses. For ENGR 100w, requires the completion of the Upper Division Writing Directed Self-Placement exercise. Links to an external site. This must be completed and posted to your account prior to registering for ENGR 100w. 

Students must also have completed ENGL 1A and a second semester of composition (ENGL 2 or ENGL 1B) as well as upper division standing.
