Here is a template  Links to an external site.you can use, even though it is for an advanced circuits class.

It should around two to three pages. It does not need a cover sheet, but it does need your name, a title, and some attention to detail on the documentation.

Figures need descriptive captions. Use caption setting.  (For example: Transient simulation of a triangle wave behavioral voltage source with a period of X, Vmax of Y, and a Vmin of Z.)

The derivations for RMS  have to have details, not just the final equation.  At a minimum, you need the RMS equation set up with the limits you will use, then the equation for the integration, and then the numerical value.   Here is a sample Links to an external site. derivation for another circuit.
