Critical Approach: Analyzing the case from a critical approach (Chapter 5 and Chapter 6 Frames 3 & 4), why are pharmaceutical companies hiring former female cheerleaders? Critical Approach: From a critical approach (Chapter 5 and Chapter 6 Frames 3 & 4), what role do narratives play in recruiting and hiring female cheerleaders for pharmaceutical sales positions? Consider the "hidden power" of stories to promote cultural values (Chapter 5) as well as larger narratives in popular culture (Frame 4) that influence organizational practices.
