Dr. Da Silva currently teaches undergraduate courses in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management. Her research interests are in the area of positive psychology with a focus on employee creativity, innovation, and job engagement. In addition, Nancy studies the impact of telecommuting on employee attitudes and behaviors. She has consulted for the following organizations: Sapience Group, Survey and Policy Research Institute at San Jose State University, the Vandaveer Group, Inc., and FSD Data Services, Inc. Her consulting primarily focuses on survey development, validation of assessment tools, and statistical analyses.
