Letter to Self

After reading through the requirements for this course and the two articles from last week, you should have an idea about what constitutes success for English 1A. Take a moment to write a letter to yourself in response to this prompt. In this letter, articulate the following:

• what do you hope to you achieve in this course this semester (honest answers!)?
• what do you hope to achieve in this semester at SJSU?
• what are your greatest fears about this course?
• what are your greatest fears about attending SJSU and this new semester?

Format this as a real letter with a salutation and closing signature/sign-off. This is not formal writing. You may make lists or include links as you like. Of course, other students will be able to read this letter, so keep it clean. We will re-visit this letter at the conclusion of the semester.
