Post a draft of your project argument here -- in whatever state. We'll workshop these arguments and see if you need to dig deeper into any area.

Update 5/4/17, 12pm

Sharon, Kiersten, and Sophia offer a draft of their arguments and offer the messiness of this kind of work. All others offers only an abstract, which is a promise to present but no evidence or messiness.

Before we can move forward to work in Omeka next week, a draft or outline of your project is absolutely necessary, without exception. For this reason, I think we should reconvene on Tuesday to review real drafts with images embedded, bullet points, everything that you're thinking of including in this project.

We can't introduce the technological aspect until you've got your project somewhat solidified. Of course, the project, outline, and argument will shift when we start working in a different modality with Omeka. But, if you start working with the technology before you're ready, the final outcome of this project will not be effective.

By Tuesday, 12pm, respond to your own post with a revised draft. Those of you who provided a rough draft (Kiersten, Sophia, and Sharon), see if you can push further and provide more evidence, more images, making more connections.
