Follow the instructions in, "Modules", "Criterion Practice" for this assignment. This assignment is designed to help you work with Criterion and correctly submit writing assignments.
Please upgrade your submission to 18 pt. type font prior to submitting this. I frequently grade them on my phone and the larger type font makes it sooooo much easier.
READ ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS FROM "MODULES", "CRITERION PRACTICE" PRIOR TO WORKING ON THIS ASSIGNMENT. FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS PRECISELY WILL RESULT IN A LOWER GRADE OR NO GRADE.
And, it reduces the number of emails I will get asking questions that are answered here.
Please create a single submission which answers the single question noted below in a single document. It will be subjected to plagiarism testing upon submission, copying over the questions and/or repeated answers from different students will be flagged.
Minimum 200 words. 18 pt. type font.
–Write it on Criterion, the access code is found on Canvas, in Modules
–Achieve 5/6 or Proficient or better. If you don't see a number score scroll down and look for a, "Proficient" score.
–Take a screen shot of your Criterion Score and post that as the first thing on this assignment, the screen shot needs to be wide enough to view the score, your name in the upper right and the assignment name near the middle. Don't crop it down, just shrink it leaving the entire screen view available. If needed change your screen zoom level before taking the screen shot so everything I need to see is visible. The screen shot may take a while to load onto Canvas, be patient. I need to see that screen shot so work it out so it's visible at the top of your submission.
-Sometimes you need to create a word.doc file set up correctly, save that and do a file upload rather than a copy and paste.
-Sometimes a screen shot won't load and you may need to take a picture of your Criterion score with a camera or phone and send that to your Word.doc file. It's a different format and may load better.
-If you use an Apple, I don't know how to help you.
-Check with SJSU or Canvas or Criterion tech support if you have problems.
–No screen shot, including your name and the assignment name = no points
–Then, as per the instructions in "Modules", type in the word count, ie. "223 words" just below your newly pasted screenshot.
–Lastly, highlight and "copy" what you wrote in Criterion, go to Canvas and, "paste" your writing assignment below the word count so you can see the screenshot, word count and your writing all in Canvas by simply scrolling up or down. If you prefer, create a word.doc with the screen shot, word count and your writing, save that to your computer and do a "file upload". In any case, to complete the assignment correctly you need to be able to see a screenshot of your Criterion score, the word count and your written work all in Canvas by simply scrolling up and down in the Canvas window.
